License Agreement

Please read the terms and conditions of this License Agreement carefully before using Filesloom. This is a legal agreement between you and ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of filesloom.com. By installing, accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Filesloom Video Cloud is licensed, not sold. The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Filesloom Video Compressor and Video Converter through the website for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to a valid Lifetime plan or applicable free quota.

You may not sublicense, rent, lease, share, or transfer your Filesloom plan to a third party without our prior written permission. By uploading video content through our service, you represent that you have all necessary rights to that content; you agree not to upload material you do not own or have authorisation to process.

You may not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service; (b) circumvent free-tier quotas or technical access controls; (c) use the Service to process content that is unlawful, infringing or otherwise prohibited; (d) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.

In no circumstances will Filesloom or be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profit, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

If any part of this License is found to be void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This License is governed by the laws of without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
