These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Filesloom (filesloom.com) and the Video Cloud services it provides — operated by BestFab Software Limited, registered in Hong Kong. By accessing the website or using any feature, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The Service
Filesloom Video Cloud provides two browser-based tools: Video Compressor for AI-powered file size reduction, and Video Converter for transcoding between MP4, MKV, MOV, AVI, WEBM and other formats. Free users have a daily processing quota; lifetime plan holders process without quota limits.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect access. We will not be liable for losses caused by such interruptions.
2. Your Content & Data Handling
Files you upload to Filesloom remain yours. We process them solely to deliver the compression or conversion you requested. Source and output files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of task completion, and your video content is never used to train AI models — yours or anyone else's.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process the video files you submit. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, contains unlawful material, or violates third-party rights.
3. Intellectual Property
The Filesloom name, logo, website design, software, and all related materials are trademarks and intellectual property of BestFab Software Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercialise the service or its underlying technology except as expressly permitted.
